States For Which We Collect Tax

This is the most up-to-date list of states in which we do not collect tax. If you see your effective state on the following list, you will not fill out a tax exemption status request:

  • New Hampshire (NH)
  • New Mexico (NM)
  • New York (NY)
  • Oregon (OR)
  • South Carolina (SC) - until January 4th, 2024

By contrast, the list below shows states in which we have an economic nexus, and are required to collect sales tax. If your state is on the following list, and you are a tax exempt organization, you will want to follow instructions to create a tax exemption status request if you haven't done so already:
